A must-stop venue for pork tenderloin aficionados, but certainly worth the trip for the rest of the ample pub menu including smash burgers & customizable Bloody Marys.Great outdoor seating area with room for live music. Ownership is a great supporter of first responders & the surrounding small-town community.

Best Jumbo Breaded Pork Tenderloin there is... excellent!!! Onion rings with the wasabi ranch were also very good. Highly recommend!!!

Stopped in on our way to St. Louis to try one of their famous pork tenderloin sandwiches. It was delicious! We ordered two elephant ears sized sandwiches for a party of 4, and we left with almost one full one. They're huge! On Sunday they offer a build your own bloody Mary, where you can load it up with whatever you like, even a tenderloin! Definitely worth the time to check it out! I don't remember when I gave 5 stars all across the board if I ever have. Buford's is firing on all cylinders. They have got it figured out and going on. Kudos to the management for a great vision and successfully leading the staff to execute an experience that a customer enjoy, feel good about and want to return for more.Buford's Sadoris, Illinois1. Great service2. Great atmosphere3. Great foodWe seated ourselves as the sign at the front door instructed.Was greeted in a couple of minutes by an enthusiastic waitress for drink and appetizer order. Garlic Cheese Curds were great and delivered just a couple of minutes after ordering.My wife and I split the big Tenderloin. It was delivered to the table within 5 minutes of ordering. Meat was about 1/2 inch thick, breading was just right. The flavor was cooked in. I ate about 1/3 of it with no condiments. Absolutely delicious as cooked but I like condiments so the condiments were added to my latter portion.We had Onion Rings for the side(was a slight upcharge). The were top notch as well.It is very obvious that Buford's prides their self on delivering an exceptional dining experience. Furthermore they have figured out how to deliver that in a big way.Absolutely flawless service, great food and plenty if it all served in an inviting setting that is more restaurant than bar.From the First Responder sign above the front door, the Harley on a pole, decor inside, hospitality and menu this place wreaks of American Pride and Patriotism.It is my kind of place. You must try Buford's.I suspect if you are reading this review it is your kind of place too!

Fantastic service and great food. Definitely one the best Pork tenderloin I have had. The Cajun waffle fries were delicious.

Fried pickles were excellent. I would suggest getting the Wasabi ranch to dip no matter what you get. Onion rings were so crunchy and tasty. The shrimp on the poor boy wrap were crunchy and tasty and the veggies were fresh. The tenderloin lived up to the hype. Very tasty and well fried. It's easy to order too much food here and the prices are very low. The atmosphere was nice. Kind of a super clean dive bar feel and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend.
